New Reward Offered for Information on Norman Cold Case The family of Owachige Osceola, in partnership with Norman Crime Stoppers, is now offering a $40,000 cash reward for new information that leads to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for her death. On September 25, 2013, Norman Police were called to check the welfare of 27-year-old Owachige Osceola who lived in a home in the 3200 block of Ridgecrest Court. The caller expressed concern for Osceola’s well-being after not being able to reach her. When officers arrived, they found the front door of the home open and Osceola deceased inside. Evidence discovered during the course of the investigation led detectives to consider her death to be a homicide. Detectives are now hopeful that the increased cash reward will encourage those with information regarding Osceola’s death to come forward, helping to bring some closure to her family. The account contained my credit card information. It wasn't worth the continued risks.
