Norman Crime Stoppers.

On March 14, 2026, I checked the Norman Crime Stoppers website. At the top of the page is a banner that reads “Norman crime stoppers has closed down”. The p3tips submission form is also inactive and now defaults to Oklahoma City Crime Stoppers. This raises questions about the current status of the $40,000 reward. Please contact Norman PD for clarification. 

Until further notice, I would advise anyone with information about Owachige’s murder to contact the Norman Police Department at 405-366-5235 or submit an online tip. Report a Crime Tip to NPD
