Owachige Elice Osceola
On September 25, 2013, Norman Police Department conducted a welfare check at Owachige's address only to find the front door kicked open and Owachige deceased in an upstairs bedroom. Her body was partially decomposed and bore signs of trauma on the upper torso. Owachige was last seen and had been with friends the day before her body was discovered.

On September 25, 2013, Norman Police were called to check the welfare of 27-year-old Owachige Osceola who lived in a home in the 3200 block of Ridgecrest Court. The caller expressed concern for Osceola’s well-being after not being able to reach her. When officers arrived, they found the front door of the home open and Osceola deceased inside. Evidence discovered during the course of the investigation led detectives to consider her death to be a homicide. Detectives are now hopeful that the increased cash reward will encourage those with information regarding Osceola’s death to come forward, helping to bring some closure to her family.
